mailonizer – complete backup of your outlook email

Problems in using the Outlook PST files leads to the idea of saving emails outside of outlook as single file. One email - one file, means the propability of loosing important data is nearly zero. Loosing a PST file and you'll end up in chaos.

How to export complete outlook inbox

With all mailonizer versions BASE, PRO und EXTREME you have the possibility to export your email files to your hard disc. Clearly arranged subfolders helps you to find them.

mailonizer V2.0 comes with the feature to export outlook email subfolders.

Select an archive folder

see how to select in mailonizer the archive folder.

Click on the button with the red circle.

Afterwards choose the target folder with this dialog.

Stop the automatic mode of mailonizer with button ‚stop’ and click button ‚Posteingang sichern’.

mailonizer starts to export your emails to the selected hard disc folder.

Export complete outbox

You have the same feature for the Outlook outbox with your sent emails.

Export Outlook subfolder

New, starting with mailonizer version 2.0 you can export your emails in outlook subfolders. Push the button 'Posteingang sichern' and choose the desired Outlook subfolder to export.

Select an target folder on your hard disc or your network.

Backup starts if you press button 'OK'.
