Add a unique job id to your homepage

Create a link on your job offer page like this:

Configure the mailonizer filter

We will now setup a mailonizer generic filter once, which will backup each job email on drive M:, creating a subfolder depending on the job id .

mailonizer saves the email automatically, you don't need to care about.

Overview of the backup results

Click on the button ‚set folder ’ to open an explorer window.

Double click on a email file will open this to answer or forward. Due to the unique signatur [ID281500027] , they will all be dropped into the correct folder by mailonizer.

Can I select the folder for the backup ?

This examples works with folder M:\Jobs. Of course you can choose other drives like network.

How to I find the emails again ?

In the filter configuration form you can open an explorer windows.
