Since Outlook 2007 there is a clear scope on categories to manage the information flood in your email inbox. Outlook rules do support a hugh amount of functionality, but categories build by mailonizer do provide new solutions. Categories are created due to the content of the email by using the generic filters. The filtered string result can be used as categorie name. (back)

EML Export

EML export makes it possible to export emails in the common EML Format, so you can import your email again in Windows Mail, Outlook Express or other clients, who support EML. (back)

FREEWARE - with more features

The FREEWARE restrictions have been canceld totally while processing incoming and outgoing email. So mailonizer saves your emails continously to your harddisc. Only using filters is still restricted and reserved for custormers of BASE, PRO or EXTREME product. The number of filter sets is now 10, but you can only use one filter per time. So try it out and work with the 10 predefined filter mailonizer installs with setup. (back)
